It’s HOT!

The Willamette Valley is in the grips of the worst heat wave I can remember. I’ve lived in Oregon for 10 years now and can’t remember it ever being so hot. Today and tomorrow’s forecast in Salem is 105, and the rest of the 7-day forecast is well in the 90’s. I’m not a big fan of heat, so I’ll have to be getting my exercise in early in the morning, or in the comfy air-conditioned gym. But I’ll get it done. Yesterday was a great day.
